Beret bear

I got a softbox/photo light kit recently and was excited to try it out - fortunately, I finished this bear just as my kit arrived I still have to fool with a few things..... the photos are still coming out dark, with a bluish tint, so I had to edit this a bit... Anyone have advice? I use a Nikon D60 for my photos.
About the bear: I want to make this available with lots of different outfits! The original idea I had was sailor inspired; I was considering captains hats, striped bathing suits or inner tubes, a sailor uniform with a sailor collar, etc
I think it could work well with a variety of other outfits too, so I just went with the beret since it was simple and quick.
Made with all acrylic yarn and polyester fiberfill.
